Sensory Details

We are talking about the 5 senses this week in our first grade room. Today we used POPCORN to explore the senses. The kiddos came up with words as we smelled, tasted, touched, listened to, and looked at it. I was so impressed with the words they came up with! I thought the "corny" taste was funny! The student said it tasted like corn...so it's corny. :) Here is our chart:
