Happy Monday! We had rain in Vegas today. I love rainy days! I also love when I find great FREE resources online! I found this phonics flip book online this summer and I knew it would be perfect for word building with my low kiddos especially. You can get it here. Here is what it looks like:
I am using it to reinforce the sound of the week with my kids that need additional support. For example, last week we were focusing on "ck," so the students and I would work one-on-one to build as many words and nonsense words as we could with that sound. It was great repetition for them!
They were a little bit of a pain to make (especially because I laminated everything), but well worth it!! Hope you find these useful too.
On a personal note, I am in the process of moving so if I am MIA for a few days, I apologize! But, I will be back blogging with more ideas in no time.
