Me on the Map Activity

I love this Me on the Map graduated circle activity that I've seen all over the web. It's purpose is to help the students understand where they are on the map. Finally in First had a version that stuck with me. You can see the post here!

Here are two stories I read to my kiddos as we completed these circles.


Here is what my version looks like. If you would like the template I used, click here for it! I know it's not hard to make, but this way it's SUPER easy. Just print!

 We started with our city: Las Vegas.

Our next circle was our state: Nevada

After that was our country...

Then we had our continent...

And last, but not least, our planet...

And then I turned it into a bulletin board.
