Gosh I love Halloween! So naturally I try to incorporate it as much as possible into our lessons. I've already shown you my Halloween centers and a Halloween math page, so now here is a Halloween writing I am planning.
I bought these foam stickers at Michaels for 50% off. They were about $4 for the bucket.
And I used black paper and a white crayon to write a story using the stickers. This is just my sample...I don't have any student samples yet.
I can't wait to do this with my kiddos!
I'm heading to Michaels today! Great idea!

ReplyDeleteWhat a great rebus story! Can't wait to see your kiddos' work! Just wanted to pop by and let you know that I have a hot blog award for you. Stop by and pick it up when you can. Have a most blessed week!
ReplyDeleteThank you!!! I'll post the student samples as soon as we're done...but we won't be doing this until HALLOWEEN! I wanted to share the idea before then. :) Thank you Rebecca! I'll check it out later this week. You ROCK!
